The Phoenix Project provides essential resources and expert assistance to 9-1-1 professionals during crises such as an Active Shooter incident, Line of Duty death, or other emergency situation that may impact a 9-1-1 Center. Our team is also available 24/7 to support emergency responders individually who find themselves in a crisis situation and need support and assistance. Our team has been assembled to be the Voice that tells you: 'you are not alone'.

Welcome to The Phoenix Project! We've created this page to give you a 24/7 resource for any situation that may require assistance, support and referral. This site is always Under Construction...
We are a volunteer team of 9-1-1 Professionals, who banded together a few years ago to assist a 9-1-1 agency when it was confronted with a major crisis. Since that time we've reached out to agencies around the country to help them through the initial stages of an emergency, and provide free support to our partners in need.
When we're made aware that a Center is having an emergency situation, we reach out to that agency and let them know that they aren't alone in this. We send a Comfort Box with goodies for the dispatchers, cards with encouragement and support, and our pledge to be there if they need us. (all free, of course)
We'll continue to contact that agency as time goes on to see how they're doing, and direct them to any needed resources they may require.
Our team currently has 9 members, representing agencies from Maine, Michigan, California, Connecticut, and Hawaii. Colectively, they have experienced some of the largest disasters ever seen, including Mass Casualty Incidents, Natural Disasters, Active Shooters, Line of Duty Deaths, and the World Trade Center. We know how to help, because we've already lived through it.
One of our Team Members is a licensed Psychologist, with a specialty of assisting emphasis on Emergency Responders and Crisis Management.
The Team has learned through our own Crisis events that the first few days of an Incident can be confusing and frustrating. We feel the need to give back to the Profession we dearly love, and help responders know that they can manage their own Incident, emergenging better and stronger than before.
Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The Phoenix Project offers comprehensive support and specialized training for emergency responders to help them through their toughest days.
You can contact The Phoenix Project via our official website contact form, email us at phoenixprojec911t@gmail.com, or phone at (408) 782.4326 to request assistance or more information.
Drop us a line or give us a call....we're always interested in people who have experienced a major emergency and want to lend what they've learned to others to need help. It's a volunteer position; we do it because it's important.
